LMH Creates Permanent Jobs Working With Employer Pool

Wayne, Darren, Michael, Fredrick, Sean, Anthony and Mark have secured permanent contracts as Neighbourhood Support Assistants by Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS) the subsidiary company of LMH that delivers services to tenants and leaseholders.

Neil Figgett, Cleaning Manager, HMS, said “In February 2010 we employed fifteen Communal Area Block Cleaners through the Future Jobs Fund Scheme from Fusion21, and this was reduced to ten once the 6 month period ended. We then kept the remaining ten employees on through the Employer Pool; and in November we were in a position to offer seven operatives a permanent position.”

He further added, “These lads have all been trained to a very high standard, they are very hard working and I hope they will stay with us for a very long time. Employer Pool have provided us with an excellent service and we will not hesitate to use them in the future.”
