Legacy to the Future Jobs Fund Scheme

We have created a legacy to the Future Jobs Fund scheme- the Fusion21 Employment Pool. The Fusion21 placement agency was created to encourage our partners to keep on Future Jobs Fund candidates after the 26 week scheme has ended.

The benefits of the Fusion21 employment pool are that our clients can keep candidates on short term, temporary, or long term contracts.The candidates are employed in the same way as the Future Jobs Fund scheme and still remain under the employment of Fusion21.

Fusion21’s partners are beginning to utilise this new service and are employing people in various roles through the Fusion21 placement agency.

Candidates are being employed in positions ranging from Neighbourhood Support Officers to Energy Performance Certificate assistants.
