Fusion21 Achieves Investors In People

Investors in People is a flexible, tailored and easy-to-use people management standard, aimed at helping organisations to achieve their business objectives by developing and harnessing the skills of staff.

On the 20th Anniversary of the standard, Fusion21 have achieved IiP status to demonstrate its commitment staff management.

Brain Foy, Investors In People Assessor, commented “Fusion21 have a lot of strengths as an organisation and it is looking to build on these strengths. Working with the IiP Framework will certainly support this.

He further added, “The organisation has a culture around its staff and customers which it needs to maintain and enhance. It is people working with and for each other that make a successful organisation and Fusion21 have these qualities.”
